Sasa

Sasa Tray is an organic shaped landscape inspired by the waves of the ocean; made from tin by traditional Japanese makers in Toyama

Sasa is inspired by the flow and reflection of an ocean surface where rolling valleys are used for serving organic matters, and holding inorganic accessories and small objects. Sasa Trays can be tiled crosswise and lengthwise to create an infinite wavy landscape with silvery reflective effect.

Sasa is casted from 100% tin metal by traditional craftsmen of Toyama Prefecture. Sasa brings dynamic force of ocean waves, warmth of the sun and fragrance of the ocean breeze into our everyday lives.
