Orbit

Orbit is series of hangers with simple structures yet functional and sculptural forms highlighting the natural beauty of wood made by digital fabrication methods and traditional woodworking techniques. Hangers are composed of two elements: the circular back plate and inverted cones attached to the plate in radial formations. Back plate has a soft rounded edge with organically carved rippled surface that reveals unique wood grain pattern. Orbit could be used anywhere, individually or in clusters.
